Lead and assistant planner for set-up, coordination & timeline management, and teardown
Up to 10 hours onsite the day-of of
Ensure all parties are available when needed (for photos, toasts, etc)
Ensure that all parties are fulfilling their necessary duties (wedding party, ushers, vendors, etc)
Constant cleaning up of items that are not in use
Support client, bridal party, and family
Direct guests to the correct areas & assist with any questions or needs

Both Coordination packages (Under the Veil and Through the mist) include the following

If you already have your vendors booked, colors picked, and
decorations planned and are just looking for someone to assist
with the final details, then this package is for you! Our take on
the traditional “Day of” coordination service.
Includes Jessica for initial consult, venue walk through, and 1 hour rehearsal. Jessica & assistant will be onsite for 10 hours the day of the event.

This package is for those who need a bit more assistance with planning. Includes everything from the Under the Veil package as
well as 2 additional appointments and 10 hours of planning + design assistance. This can include assistance with finding vendors, fine tuning your design, and more!

overwhelmed. You may not be ready to book an on-site coordinator
yet, but you know you need a bit of assistance. Our hourly planning
package is perfect for you! Let us take a task or two off of your
hands so that you can enjoy the early stages of your engagement
and planning.
